Ok, so this pictures are form one of the exhibitions I liked the most. The name of the artist is David Lachapelle. I like this pictures because they have both fantastic and real elements combined in in a fusion of color. I love his work because I think it is really original, the contrast, the color, the idea. Everything!

I feel like dancing

My project for this course will be about dancing. I love dancing!! I like how you can feel the music when you dance. It's our body's way of comunicating. So this is a start to my project.

Portraits

Ok, so in this course I have also taken some Portraits. The reason why I like this so much is mainly because I think that a face can expres many things, and its up to the person who is looking at the picture to try and tell whats going on in the minds. Hello again, well, during this past two weekks I have been experimenting and playing with my camara. It has been really interesting learning all this new techniques.
One of the things I have started doing is shooting randomly at people. I dont even look to see what I am shooting, I just take pictures randomly, and many interesting things have come out. One of them is this pictures I have posted. I really like the color and the composition. I specially like the fact that I did it by sorprise. Hope you think the same way! If not, let me know why?...xxx =)

First Post

Ok, I dont know what to write in here. Or at least for the moment I am not inspired. So I would like to talk about why I decided to take a Photography course.
It all stared when I was little and I went to my cousins house. She had this new game called, Pokemon Snapshot. I have never understood why children like Pokemon so much. Anyways, I decided to play the game with my cousin. At first, I was really really bored. I just didn't get it. After a while though, I stared getting the whole point of the game. You had to go on mission, to diferent places and take pictures. In the end, your pictures would be graded according to composition, contrast and of course, what kind of pokemon you took a picture of. Once I understood the game, I LOVED IT!... It was so much fun trying to catch all the pokemons, but what I liked the best was what I was able to do with that game. I took so many pictures! And some of them where so cool! The next day, I went up to my mom and told her: "I want to be a photgrapher".
Years passed by, and I just kept taking pictures, I had pictures from ALL the parties of my friends, family reunions, anything that was worth a Kodak moment, I had it.
When time came to check out colleges, I decided to study something related to photography, so I started with design. Now, im here to learn that part I have always wanted, Photography.
I don't if I'll ever become a grat photographer, I just know I want to have a try before just giving up. So here I am.
